  • Tej Brar

    Tej Brar is the Head of Festivals at Nodwin Gaming. He has previously worked at Warner Chappell Music (Los Angeles), Universal Mastering (Los Angeles), BBC 6Music (London), WERS 88.9FM (Boston) & Clouds FM (Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania) before returning to India in 2011 where he spearheaded Only Much Louders' artist management division. He has worked extensively on various festival IP's as well as experiential marketing and client servicing. In 2017, Tej established Third Culture Entertainment - a high end artist management and events business based in Mumbai. Some of the prominent projects Tej is currently overseeing include Bacardi Nh7 Weekender, Breezer Vivid Shuffle and Dreamhack India to name a few of the projects that are part of the Nodwin Gaming live portfolio.

    As the co-founder of Hot Panda Media, Tia has been instrumental in establishing the company as a leading entertainment powerhouse in Vietnam. Hot Panda Media's diverse portfolio includes a talent booking agency, music distribution, music label, and artist management. Under her guidance, the company has bridged the gap between Vietnam and the global music market, bringing renowned artists like Blue, MEDUZA, DJ HYO, and others to the country's top venues. Additionally, Tia's influence extends to Hoang An Nhien Group, the largest nightlife group in Vietnam boasting over 15 outlets across major cities in Vietnam, where she’s been holding the position of Co-owner & Event Director.

    As a co-owner and Event Director of the iconic nightclub and live venue, 1900 LE THEATRE, located at the heart of Hanoi, Tia has contributed to its international recognition. The club achieved an impressive #40 ranking in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs 2023, previously ranking at #46, #52, and #68 in 2022, 2021, and 2019, respectively. Through her efforts, 1900 has successfully hosted the club’s signature event series Roadtrip to 1900, featuring over 70 world-renowned DJs such as Diplo, Dillon Francis, Tchami, Malaa, and many others.

    Tia Lieu's remarkable ability to build and maintain strong relationships has been the foundation for forging partnerships with prestigious entities like Boiler Room, Ultra Japan, Creamfields, amongst numerous international music and event brands.

    Beyond her extensive work in entertainment and nightlife, Tia Lieu also serves as the Director of Public Relations at BEATVN, a dominant digital media company that unites a vast collective of communities across Vietnam, comprising an impressive 38 million regular members and users nationwide.

    In 1984, joined Fuji Bank (now Mizuho Financial Group) and worked in the area of corporate loan.
    In 1989, joined Fuji TV. Worked intensively in content business (production, marketing production) with the focus on music, theater, and sports. Later, he led business strategy, IR, and special projects at the Bureau of Business Planning.
    In apbank, he supported private projects that aimed to create a sustainable and circular society, and engaged in the reconstruction project for the East Japan Earthquake.
    Since 2014, he has served as the General Manager of the Investment and Partnership Promotion Group of Cool Japan Fund Inc.
    In November 2018, joined the Concert Promoters Association, and became the Executive Director in July 2020.

    A promoter specialized in international music, inviting and promoting overseas artists, and planning, producing, and operating concerts, events, and festivals of local and international artists.
    A promoter who joined the ACPC in May 2021, operated international artists’ concerts at 10 companies, and founded International Promoters Alliance Japan (IPAJ) to invite artists during the pandemic period.

    Hwang Jaeho is a member of the Board of Directors of the Music Concert Industry Association of Korea and the President of TYPE Communication. He was the producer of the national tours of Poongryu, Yoon Jongshin, AKMU, and Lee Seung Chul, the domestic and overseas concerts of Ha Sung Woon, the “Oeropda (lonely)” concert of Monday Kiz, the “RIDE THE BEAT” music festival, Ashiniko concert in Korea among others.
